قامت الفرق التفتيشية بالهيئة السعودية للملكية الفكرية بالتعاون مع وزارة التجارة والهيئة العامة للإعلام المرئي والمسموع والأمن العام ضمن جهودها لحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية بجولات ميدانية استهدفت المنشآت التجارية المخالفة لأنظمة حقوق الملكية الفكرية بمختلف مناطق المملكة.
يأتي ذلك امتداداً للجولات الميدانية المعتادة التي تقوم بها الفرق التفتيشية على المنشآت العامة والمحلات التجارية وتركزت الحملة خلال مرحلتها الأولى على منشآت الإلكترونيات ( منافذ بيع أجهز الحاسب الآلي وصيانتها وأجهزة البث الفضائي) والتسجيلات ومراكز النسخ والتصوير لرصد انتهاكات حقوق الملكية الفكرية التي تتم في مزاولة نشاطها.
وأكدت الهيئة أهمية احترام حقوق الملكية الفكرية، وأنها لن تتهاون في اتخاذ الإجراءات والتدابير اللازمة لمحاسبة المخالفين للأنظمة في جميع المجالات التي تختص الهيئة برعاية حقوقها، وتتيح الهيئة السعودية للملكية الفكرية قنوات التواصل مع المستفيدين عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي @saipksa والبريد [email protected] و الرقم المباشر لخدمة العملاء 920021421.

As part of its efforts to protect intellectual property rights, the inspection teams of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce, the General Authority for Audio-Visual Media and Public Security, conducted field tours targeting shops that violate intellectual property rights regulations in various regions of the Kingdom.
This comes as an extension of the usual field tours carried out by the inspection teams on public facilities and shops. During its first phase, the campaign focused on electronics facilities (outlets for the sale and maintenance of computers and satellite broadcasting devices), recordings, copying and photocopying centers to monitor violations of intellectual property rights that take place in the course of their activities.
